SOULY ARTS STUDIO
Corporate Workshops
Art & craft, art therapy and mindfulness art workshops for organisations and teams.

Art & Craft Workshops
Workshop Philosophy:
These workshops focus on the joy of co-creation and the beauty of the finished pieces. In a relaxed, pressure-free atmosphere, participants step away from their work roles and create together. Through sharing inspiration and collaborating, they produce unique works that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical, leaving the team with concrete and memorable shared experiences.
Workshop Objectives:
- Strengthen team connection: Promote communication, cooperation and rapport through joint creation, enhancing team belonging.
- Spark creative achievement: No prior art experience required — under the guidance of the facilitator, participants complete beautiful works and gain a sense of accomplishment.
- Create shared memories: Build positive collective experiences for the team; finished pieces can be used for office decoration or as keepsakes.
- Flexible customisation: Corporate logos, brand colours or team slogans can be incorporated as exclusive elements.
Popular Themes:
Fluid art, pastel nagomi art, Zentangle, dreamcatchers, Vision Boards, large collaborative team artworks, and more.
Suitable For:
- Organisations looking to host team-building, anniversary celebrations or festive gatherings
- Schools, social service organisations and private companies
- Teams seeking to enhance colleague interaction and sense of belonging while creating shared memories

Corporate Art Therapy Experience Workshops
Workshop Philosophy:
This is not a regular art-making class, but a safe space for non-verbal expression. Through various art media such as painting, clay and collage, participants are invited to express their inner feelings, explore sources of stress, and learn to use creativity as a tool for self-care — all in a non-judgemental environment.
Workshop Objectives:
- Promote emotional awareness: Safely externalise work-related stress and emotions that are difficult to put into words through art-making.
- Learn self-care: Experience art as an emotional outlet and acquire methods of relieving stress through creative expression.
- Enhance team understanding: Increase empathy and mutual support among colleagues through safe sharing.
- Promote mental health: Raise awareness of art therapy and mental well-being in an experiential way, helping to reduce stigma.
Sample Workshop Experiences (can be flexibly combined according to team needs):
Emotion Cards × Creative Response:
The therapist brings emotion cards and OH Cards. Participants select a card that best describes their current feelings, then respond through colour, lines and collage to make the abstract emotion concrete and transform it.
Externalising Stress through Sculpture:
Participants use clay to shape “stress” into a tangible form and size. Once stress has a physical shape, it is no longer an invisible burden. Participants can then reshape the sculpture to reconsider their relationship with stress.
My Safe Base:
Using collage and painting, participants create a personal “safe / recharging space.” They are guided to explore which people, things or experiences bring them support and strength, building personalised inner resources.
Body Outline & Boundaries:
By tracing a body outline, participants become aware of where and how stress is held in the body. They explore personal boundaries at work and learn to express needs and set limits through creative expression.
All art-making and sharing are based on participants’ willingness — nothing is forced — and the principles of confidentiality in art therapy are strictly observed.
Suitable For:
- Organisations that prioritise staff mental health and stress management
- Schools, social service organisations and private companies
- Teams seeking to strengthen colleague interaction, sense of belonging and shared positive experiences

Mindfulness Art Workshops
Workshop Philosophy:
This workshop integrates mindfulness practice with art-making. Rather than remaining at a conceptual level, participants give form to their inner experiences through concrete creative processes. We believe that calm can be created with our own hands. In the midst of a fast-paced work rhythm, focused sensory experiences and art-making help participants reconnect with the present moment and learn to settle their body and mind under pressure.
Workshop Objectives:
- Cultivate present-moment focus: Enhance concentration and a sense of presence through breathing, sensory and creative exercises, reducing anxiety caused by wandering thoughts.
- Connect body and mind: Make abstract bodily sensations and emotions visible through art, strengthening self-awareness.
- Acquire stress-relief tools: Learn practical mindfulness and art-based methods that can be brought back into the workplace.
- Build inner calm: Through connection with natural materials, rediscover inner stability and resilience.
Sample Workshop Experiences (can be flexibly combined according to team needs):
Body Scan × Body Sensation Map:
Guided by the therapist’s voice, participants complete a body scan to notice sensations and emotional responses in different parts of the body. They then translate what they notice — tightness, warmth, numbness, etc. — into colours, lines and shapes on a body outline, making the invisible visible.
Nature Senses × Moss Micro-landscape:
Using natural materials such as moss, dried flowers and twigs, participants slow down and practise five-sense mindfulness through touching, smelling and observing. They then create a moss artwork or mini landscape. The focused creative process brings calm, and the finished piece can be taken back to the office as a small healing corner.
Mindful Breathing × Breath-Guided Drawing:
Following the natural rhythm of their own breath, participants repeatedly draw lines or circles on paper. Each inhale and exhale becomes a mark, gently returning attention to the breath and practising presence amid busyness.
Emotional Weather Report:
Participants liken their current inner state to a type of weather and paint it using the fluid qualities of watercolour. Through creation and sharing, they practise observing and accepting their present state without judgement.
Suitable For:
- Teams with a fast work pace who wish to learn practical stress-reduction techniques
- Colleagues who find pure seated mindfulness dull and prefer to experience mindfulness through creation
- Organisations seeking to enhance staff focus, emotional regulation and overall team well-being
- Schools, social service organisations and private companies
